Current WWE Champion Believes He Could Be ‘The Next Roman Reigns’

Top WWE star and United States Champion Logan Paul believes he could be “the next Roman Reigns” following his latest title defense.

At WWE Royal Rumble 2024, Logan Paul defeated Kevin Owens via disqualification to retain the United States Championship.

This marked Paul’s eighth match of his in-ring career and his first since beating Rey Mysterio for the United States Championship at WWE Crown Jewel 2023.

On the latest episode of Impaulsive, Logan Paul opened up about the match with Kevin Owens. Revealing that he may have overlooked his opponent, Paul said:

“He’s ruthless man I’ll be honest with you,”

“He’s good, he’s very good. I made fun of him frequently, I called him all sorts of things, the ‘Humpty Dumpty of WWE,’ Called him a 40-year old schoolboy because he dresses like a teenager. I underestimated him and I’m in a little bit of pain.”

On potentially reaching Roman Reigns’ level with this United States Championship reign, Logan stated:

“I did retain my title against all odds for the first time in WWE, and that’s all it takes, title defense at a time.”

“Who knows? With this rate, I could be the next Roman Reigns.”

Roman Reigns defeated AJ Styles, LA Knight and Randy Orton in a Fatal 4-Way match to retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at WWE Royal Rumble 2024.
