WWE star Sol Ruca has made her in-ring return after nearly ten months away from competition due to an injury.
Ruca made her in-ring return tonight at an NXT house show in Crystal River, Florida, teaming with Brinley Reece to take on Thea Hail and Jacy Jayne.
Ultimately, the effort would not be a winning one as Reece tapped to Hail’s Kimura Lock to pick up the submission victory for Chase U.
After the match, Sol Ruca took to Twitter to retweet several fan photos of her return as well as sound off on the moment.
Sol Ruca wrote:
“Wooohooo it’s good to be back 👀 #NXTCrystalRiver”
Ruca reportedly suffered a torn ACL, last competing in a house show match teaming with Dani Palmer to defeat Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson in April 2023.
Elsewhere in NXT related news, Bron Breakker made an intriguing appearance on tonight’s WWE SmackDown.
Breakker was shown backstage not only attempting to ‘pick the brain’ of Triple H regarding his offers from SmackDown and WWE Raw, but he got a compliment from a big name.
Despite their percolating tension, Paul Heyman kicked off his conversation with Triple H by complimenting Bron Breakker.
