Logan Paul may have won the opening bout of WWE SummerSlam 2023 but he absolutely cheated; find out what happened!
The match, which promised “viral moments”, saw both men stick a double standing Spanish Fly, a buckshot lariat from Paul over the top rope to the outside, and plenty of Ricochet’s usual array of high-flying moves.
It was Paul who picked up the win, but only after one of Paul’s stooges gave him brass knuckles allowing Paul to land a knockout punch.
After the match, as required by her job, Ricochet’s real-life fiancée Samantha Irvin announced Logan Paul as the winner of the match, much to Paul’s delight.
The match went on first per Paul’s request so he could leave as early as possible to go and second his brother Jake Paul for his fight tonight.
Elsewhere in advance of tonight’s show, a former WWE star was revealed as being planned to return to the company ‘imminently’. Click here to find out who it is!
