Potential WWE Target Addresses Future Ahead Of Possible Move

A top star who WWE was previously interested in has commented on his future, ahead of potentially becoming a free agent.

Previous reports have indicated that former IMPACT World Champion Moose could soon be a free-agent, with Fightful reporting that Moose’s IMPACT deal is set to expire this month.

With WWE interested in signing Moose prior to him re-signing with IMPACT in 2021, it has been heavily speculated that WWE would offer the star a contract if he was to officially leave IMPACT.

Speaking on the Undisputed podcast,  Moose noted that his anxiety about starting over in a new promotion is on his mind when considering his future:

“That’s also my big scare with ever going to a new company, going somewhere and making new friends.

“I’m really shy when it comes to getting to know people and being cool with people.

“I’ve always been shy, so every time it comes to leaving IMPACT, that’s always a big factor in my decision-making, if I go somewhere else…It’s definitely in my thought process.”

Moose also took to Twitter to note that his decision will be made to ensure he’s happy and comfortable:

My decision making will be solely made from Happiness Comfort Trust.

Moose already has some supporters in WWE, with Ricochet naming the IMPACT star as a talent who could benefit from joining WWE.

It was previously reported that former WWE SVP of Talent Development Canyon Ceman specifically was interested in signing Moose when his previous deal was coming up in 2021.

While Ceman is no longer with WWE, there were pitches for Moose to debut straight onto the main roster, similar to AJ Styles, so it wasn’t just Ceman who was interested in utilising the powerhouse.
