While not appearing on the SummerSlam card, Luke Gallows thought he’d just break my heart anyway and announce to the world that he and Nia Jax are dating.

Becky Lynch’s Booking Blues –

Viewers of SummerSlam were treated to one of the best heel turns in recent WWE history last night, as Becky Lynch finally gave in to her frustrations, attacking new SmackDown Live Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair in a brutal assault. 

Many have become frustrated at Becky’s booking over the last two years, accusing WWE of ruining not only one of the most giften in-ring performers they have, but also one of the very few women in WWE that the crowd really gets behind.

It has been two years since Becky was the inaugral SmackDown Live Women’s Champion and in a recent interview with Inside the Ropes’ Kenny Mcintosh, she admitted that at times she has found herself getting exasperated at her lack of booking direction.

“When I got drafted to SmackDown Live I wanted to make sure that it was the Women’s division to watch and it became that. And then for some reason I was sidelined for a long time and I was just frustrated because I knew I’d done everything right. I knew that every match that I had gone into I’d given it 120%. I was beyond frustrated.”

Thankfully, this new heel turn looks to be the new lease of life that Becky needed, and if she can bring the fire she showed last night into this feud with Charlotte, we might finally see some properly meaningful women’s feuds on SD Live.
