Just days prior to Kurt Angle wrestling his final match (for WWE, anyway) against Baron Corbin at WrestleMania 35, Cody has broke the news that the ‘Olympic Hero’ will be appearing at Starrcast over AEW Double Or Nothing weekend.
It’s true
It’s damn true

Cody and Angle have a recent history, wrestling against one another in three matches for independent groups in 2016-17 prior to Angle’s WWE return as part of WrestleMania 33.
Angle joins several other WWE talents confirmed for the event, most notably The Undertaker, whose inclusion on the bill caused Vince McMahon to have a mini-meltdown and call-up four top acts from NXT on a whim.
Let’s hope that Kurt being on the show does not cause Vince to lose his rag and book Baron Corbin to destroy him in under a minute at WrestleMania by means of revenge.
And just to be clear, no, this does not mean Kurt Angle is heading to AEW!
