Despite appearing for WWE earlier this year in July as part of the Raw Reunion, Rob Van Dam is currently signed to Impact Wrestling.
There is no word on how long Impact Wrestling have Van Dam signed for, and fans online have been asking the former WWE Champion to sign for AEW.
A fan on Twitter told Van Dam he should sign for AEW as it would suit him better than Impact Wrestling.
RVD did not take too kindly to the advice, saying that ditching Impact for AEW would be a ‘down grade’.
You should quit telling me what I should do. Especially suggesting a down grade like that. https://t.co/lQJIndWSEH

It was not believed that AEW was even interested in bringing RVD into the promotion.
This week, Impact Wrestling debuted on AXS TV. Sami Callihan defeated Brian Cage in a Steel Cage match on the show to capture the Impact Wrestling World Championship.
