Earlier today, WWE announced two more matches for the WrestleMania card, including a dream match of sorts between SmackDown stars Drew Gulak and Cesaro.
However, that is not the only change WWE has made to the card together, with it being revealed that a previously announced title match has been altered.
It was reported last week that The Miz will miss WrestleMania this year as he was feeling unwell and had Coronavirus symptoms. An incident between The Miz and The Usos is reportedly what led to Roman Reigns pulling out of the show.
The Miz, along with John Morrison, was set to defend the SmackDown Tag Team Championships against The Usos and New Day in a three-way ladder match. WWE even built to the match last night on TV despite the fact we have known for over a week that it won’t be happening.
Well now WWE has confirmed the news, sharing on The Bump that Miz sustained an injury on SmackDown (not exactly true) and has been forced out of the match.
Instead, John Morrison will go it alone as he competes in a traditional three-way ladder match against Jimmy Uso and Kofi Kingston. The tag titles will still be on the line.
After last night's #SmackDown melee, @mikethemiz is now unable to compete at #WrestleMania.

For what it’s worth, I think this three-way is far more exciting than the six-man ladder match that was supposed to be taking place. Morrison and Kofi can both do crazy stuff in these sorts of matches, and Jimmy Uso can also hold his own.
WWE has not confirmed which night this match will take place, so make sure you stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com for live coverage of shows.
