There has been another update on the upcoming court appearance for WWE’s Jeff Hardy following his arrest in October of last year.
Hardy was arrested in October for Driving While Impaired, after which he entered inpatient rehab which he discussed in a recent WWE Network documentary.
The court date has been pushed back once again as per PWInsider. It was originally set to be May 11 but was then pushed back to July 16 (today), and it’s now been pushed back again to September 28.
This is of course due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and pretty much all court cases are being pushed back because of it.
Jeff Hardy has been embroiled in a program with Sheamus on Friday Night SmackDown which has revolved around all his issues and made a lot of people feel rather uncomfortable.
The next development in the saga looks to be a bar fight between the two, which seems to be planned for the Horror Show at Extreme Rules but the company is waiting to see whether Sheamus will be available.
