A former WWE star made her debut during tonight’s All Out go-home episode of Dynamite on TNT.
As was already announced, NWA World Women’s Champion Thunder Rosa also made her debut tonight, and her opponent was none other than the debuting Serena Deeb.
The match was made on the Dynamite pre-show on YouTube and has also been confirmed by the promotion on Twitter.
Everyone expected to be the match to be a bit of a squash. However, the match went fairly long, especially for an AEW Women’s match.
Deeb looked excellent and also the veteran helped make Thunder Rosa look great as well. Deeb ultimately lost. However, AEW may have won in the end.
Both athletes are bringing their A-game tonight in this exchange!

Deeb proved herself to be capable of making younger stars look great. She’s also someone who AEW won’t really have to try to push as a major star and someone they can afford to take losses. She would be a great person for the young up-and-coming lady wrestlers to work with on television to ensure good matches. Something that AEW has struggled with because of having to use so many unestablished stars in the Women’s division.
Serena Deeb was with WWE as a performer in 2009-2010, during which she was a member of the Straight Edge Society group led by CM Punk along with Luke Gallows and Joey Mercury.
She competed in the WWE Mae Young Classic in 2017, and was signed by WWE as a coach in 2018 before being let go this past April.
Thunder Rosa will be challenging Hikaru Shida for the AEW Women’s World Title at All Out this coming Saturday.
