WWE has announced that Randy Orton will compete on the next episode of Raw against someone who he’s never faced one-on-one.
On the latest episode of Raw, Drew McIntyre defeated Randy Orton and Braun Strowman in a three-way match to become No.1 Contender to the WWE Championship. it has now been announced that Orton will take on Strowman on Monday night.
The two wrestlers have crossed paths several times in WWE, mostly in Royal Rumble or Traditional Survivor Series matches. Next week’s clash will be the first time that The Monster Among Men and The Viper have fought in singles competition.

Both Orton and Strowman were successful at WrestleMania 37. During Night 1, Strowman defeated Shane McMahon in a steel cage match. Orton pinned The Fiend to open Night 2 after a distraction from Alexa Bliss.
Also set for next week’s Raw, Charlotte Flair returns to action against former Raw Women’s Champion Asuka. Drew McIntyre will also demand answers after being attacked by T-BAR and MACE.
On Twitter, Former Hurt Business member Cedric Alexander reacted to his potential faction replacements ambushing McIntyre.
