WWE replaced the Divas Championship with the WWE Women’s Championship in 2016, and the company has tried to avoid using the term ‘Diva’ ever since then.
This was hilariously evidenced in a tweet by the company today, where instead of saying Divas Championship, the tweet used the term “butterfly emblazoned championship: to describe the belt :
@RealPaigeWWE defended the (butterfly emoji) emblazoned championship against @NaomiWWE in an edge-of-your-seat title bout at #MITB 2014!

The tweet was concerning a WWE Divas Championship match in 2014 between Paige and Naomi from that year’s Money in the Bank, which WWE has now released a full version of onto YouTube.
The Divas Championship was retired at WrestleMania 32 in 2016, where Charlotte Flair simultaneously retained the Divas Championship and became the first WWE Women’s Championship in a match against Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks.
