It’s easy to get over-excited at a pro-wrestling show, but most fans are able to contain their excitement to their designated seats. Unfortunately one AEW fan was unable to contain himself, and now has the bruises to prove it.
On last night’s AEW Road Rager show, Chris Jericho was soaking in the crowd reaction following his entrance, when a fan made an attempt to enter the ring.
Thankfully the fan never made it past the ropes, and was tackled by security before Jericho gave him a punch to the face as a leaving present.

Perhaps some fans misunderstood the “fans can now return to wrestling shows” message, and actually thought they’d been signed to the AEW roster.
