According to the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), WWE filed to trademark a phrase associated with Brock Lesnar.
On July 19, WWE filed to trademark the phrase “EAT SLEEP CONQUER REPEAT”. According to the USPTO, the trademark would allow WWE to use the phrase for select items of merchandise.
The following description accompanied the filing:
“Mark For: EAT SLEEP CONQUER REPEAT™ trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of
Lesnar returned to WWE at SummerSlam, confronting Roman Reigns. On Friday’s episode (September 10) of SmackDown, The Universal Champion had to save Paul Heyman from an F5, before The Beast took The Usos to Suplex City.
Reigns will defend the Universal Championship against ‘Demon’ Finn Balor at Extreme Rules on September 26.
