The G1 Climax is marked on the calendar for all fans of New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW), and this year’s tournament is now officially underway.
Night one of the event took place last night (September 18) in Osaka, and was headlined by IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Shingo Takagi defeating Tomohiro Ishii. The rest of night one was as followed:

Night two of the event concluded earlier today, and was headlined by the latest installment in the legendary Kazuchika Okada vs Hiroshi Tanahashi rivalry, with Okada picking up the victory. The rest of the night was as followed:
