It sounds like it won’t be too long until we see Japanese star Ryo Mizunami stepping back into an AEW ring.
Mizunami has taken to Twitter to reveal she is now back in the US after her recent travels back to Japan.
She had tweeted a couple of weeks ago that she was going to be returning to AEW upon her return to America.
Mizunami last wrestled for AEW during the April 22 Dark: Elevation taping, where she lost to Abadon.
Her biggest match was at the Revolution pay-per-view where she unsuccessfully challenged Hikaru Shida for the Women’s World Championship after winning the Eliminator Tournament, beating Nyla Rose in the final.
Ryo Mizunami made her AEW debut at the original Double Or Nothing in 2019, but then didn’t wrestle another match for the company until said Eliminator Tournament earlier this year.
