The previously announced ROH World Championship match for the upcoming ROH Final Battle show will no longer be taking place.
Ring of Honor (ROH) posted an official statement on their Twitter account, confirming that current ROH World Champion Bandido had tested positive for COVID-19, and will not be in action on the show.
Bandido was set to defend his championship on the show against Jonathan Gresham. ROH has not announced a replacement for the match as of now.
Final Battle is set to be the final ROH show before the company goes on hiatus until March 2022, with all their contracted wrestlers being released back in October.
