Tony Khan is set for AEW Dynamite to discuss the AEW World Championship and the AEW World Trios Championships amid reports of backstage chaos.
Announced by AEW, Tony Khan will be appearing on tonight’s AEW Dynamite (September 7) to address the real life fallout from AEW All Out.
While the in-ring storylines march on, Tony Khan will be forced to address backstage drama within AEW on tonight’s AEW Dynamite.
Tony Khan will be appearing on AEW Dynamite to address the AEW World Championship and the AEW World Trios Championships.
After CM Punk made inflammatory remarks about EVPs and inaugural AEW World Trios Champions, the Young Bucks and Kenny Omega, reportedly a backstage melee broke out.
Numerous AEW stars are reportedly suspended due to the backstage altercation with a third party investigation underway.
CM Punk for his part reportedly sustained an injury during the in-ring fight with Jon Moxley that occurred to main event the pay-per-view, AEW All Out.
Given his reportedly injured status, the future of CM Punk remains unclear at this time with reports earlier in the day that he was set to have a Zoom call with Tony Khan before AEW Dynamite hits the air.
