Under Paul Levesque (Triple H), a number of previously released WWE stars have returned to the company and details of their contracts have now been revealed.
According to Fightful Select (subscription required), several of the returning names, specifically some brought back to the SmackDown brand, are on three-year deals that expire in the summer of 2025.
The report names the members of Hit Row (Top Dolla, Ashante ‘Thee’ Adonis and B-Fab) as having those three-year deals.
The report details that this is not a blanket contract for all the returning talent, explaining that some were able to negotiate different deals.
It was also pointed out that a number of returning talents negotiated the ability to continue some of their outside projects that they wouldn’t have been able to do under their previous deals before they were released.
As Fightful Select notes, the rules around WWE wrestlers using outside platforms were eased around the time of WrestleMania, and have then eased even further under the new management.
There have been multiple released WWE stars brought back to the company under Levesque, with the most major names being Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt.
The most recent was Mia Yim, who united with The OC in their war against Judgment Day on the November 7 episode of Raw.
Yim joined Bianca Belair’s team for Survivor Series WarGames so she’ll oppose Judgment Day’s Rhea Ripley on the Damage CTRL team.
There have also been recent suggestions that Chelsea Green and Matt Cardona could be in line for a WWE return.
