There is a new update on Kevin Owens’ status for WWE Survivor Series: War Games.
Earlier this week, it was reported that WWE Raw star Kevin Owens had suffered a knee injury during a live event over the weekend.
As previously reported, PWInsider reported on November 17 that Owens was scheduled for this Friday’s November 18 edition of SmackDown and the following week’s episode.
On today’s Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez noted that it now looks like Kevin Owens will also appear at the Survivor Series premium live event on November 26 in Boston.
Owens will likely be the fifth member of the War Games team with Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Butch and Ridge Holland against The Bloodline’s Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, Sami Zayn and The Usos.
The Men’s War Games will be one of two War Games matches on the show.
The Women’s War Games will feature Bayley, Dakota Kai, IYO SKY, Nikki Cross and Rhea Ripley vs. Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Mia Yim and a mystery partner.
