There was a shocking betrayal as a WWE tag team split in a shocking way on tonight’s edition (February 7) of NXT.

Find out what happened when Bayley returned to NXT to host an explosive edition of Ding Dong Hello with Toxic Attraction.

As the ladies sat down to discuss what happened with their partnership on Saturday on Vengeance Day, they got a little spicy discussing the past.

Although as they pivoted to discuss their future, the duo pledged to reunite for one more run… at the NXT Tag Team Championship or maybe even Damage CTRL’s WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships?

While Bayley dissuaded the duo from that idea, she did encourage them to continue their reconciliation and to hug it out.

However after the hug and standing tall in solidarity, Toxic Attraction completely exploded.

Jacy Jayne hit Gigi Dolin with a furious Superkick before throwing her into the Ding Dong Hello set door as Gigi sobbed at the betrayal.

As Bayley looked on shocked, there was a “toxic explosion,” said Vic Joseph on commentary as the show ended for the week.

Elsewhere on NXT, an exciting NXT talent got the opportunity to show off their stunning finishing move despite losing their singles match, there was an emotional video package featuring Wes Lee and another big return. 

And after a hard hitting match, the gruesome aftermath was documented on social media for one NXT star.
