Bobby Lashley Makes First Statement Following Bray Wyatt Reportedly Sidelined WWE

UPDATE: The latest update on Bray Wyatt’s status for WrestleMania has emerged – check it out at this link.

Bobby Lashley has made his first statement following Bray Wyatt reportedly being sidelined.

As previously mentioned, Fightful Select reported that WWE creative was told in recent weeks that Bray Wyatt had been sidelined with an illness.

This news followed Wyatt being pulled from WWE’s most recent live event at Madison Square Garden in New York City. He also has been absent from recent live events and television tapings.

Wyatt has been involved in a feud with Bobby Lashley since Elimination Chamber that was speculated to culminate in a bout at WrestleMania 39 next month.

On Monday, Lashley took to Twitter to comment on his WrestleMania prospects and let the world know that he will be ready to fight at the Showcase of the Immortals. He tweeted:

“I’ve worked too hard to be denied. I will be ready to fight on the biggest stage of them all, #WrestleMania. I don’t care who it is, somebody will feel the wrath of the All-Mighty.”

It remains to be seen if Bray Wyatt will return before WrestleMania 39 or if Lashley will find another opponent in the three weeks remaining before the event.
