A fan favorite WWE star has won their first ever match on tonight’s WWE Raw (July 3), even capturing the pinfall.
When Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis) with Maxxine Dupri took on The Viking Raiders with Valhalla, it would be a series of surprising moves to end the match.
Maxxine not only made her in-ring debut but also attempted to debut her own new signature move – her version of Otis’ worm/caterpillar – she was unfortunately cut off and rocked by Valhalla.
However, Valhalla wouldn’t keep the upper hand for long as after another exchange, it was Dupri who rolled her up to capture the victory for Alpha Academy.
While Maxxine Dupri has been on WWE television for over a year (first on NXT as ‘Sofia Cromwell’ then moved to the main roster to join the Maximum Male Models’ first iteration), she had yet to make an in-ring debut on television.
Under the tutelage of Master Gable and Otis, Maxxine continues to shine as Alpha Academy celebrated triumphantly as the Viking Raiders and Valhalla made a vicious screech, suggesting they weren’t done with Alpha Academy just yet.
