WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H has shared a message for John Cena, thanking him for his work during his current WWE run.
Cena is currently in the midst of a semi-full-time WWE run, with the Hollywood star set to appear for WWE on every episode of SmackDown through to the end of October.
The 16-time world champion was in action at Fastlane, teaming with LA Knight to defeat Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa at the October 7 premium live event.
During the post-show press conference, Triple H took a moment to tell fans to appreciate Cena’s current WWE run.
Thanking Cena for everything, Triple H said:
“The appreciation level that John should get is off the charts. We all just need to understand how good he is, and what he means to this industry, and while you get a chance to see Babe Ruth play, you should see Babe Ruth play.
“When he’s here, don’t criticise it, don’t overthink it, just enjoy it, because it won’t last forever, and we all need to understand that.
“But I just want to say thank you to John because what he’s doing right now, the run he’s on, the moment he’s giving people like LA Knight, the moment he’s giving people like Jimmy (Uso), Solo (Sikoa), there’s no experience like that in the world for them.
“He’s gracing them with that, he’s gracing us with that, so thank you, John.
