A former TNT Champion has scored the biggest win of his AEW career.
On the October 3 episode of AEW Dynamite, Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho defeated Konosuke Takeshita and Kyle Fletcher.
Following the bout, Powerhouse Hobbs attacked Jericho and Omega alongside Don Callis and Takeshita to join the Don Callis Family.
On the October 10 Title Tuesday edition of AEW Dynamite, Powerhouse Hobbs faced Chris Jericho.
This became a very one-sided affair as the more powerful Hobbs used his size and strength advantage to maul Jericho throughout the bout.
However, the first AEW World Champion would make a comeback and eventually locked Hobbs in the Walls of Jericho.
The former TNT Champion was able to break free and once again forced his will upon “The Ocho.”
After consecutive World Strongest Slams, Powerhouse Hobbs picked up the biggest win of his career by defeating Chris Jericho in the middle of the ring.Following the match, Hobbs continued his attack by delivering one more World Strongest Slam.
