On the November 1 episode of AEW Dynamite, it was announced that Chuck Taylor was out with an unspecified injury.
On the same show, it was also revealed that Taylor’s tag team partner Trent Beretta was not at Dynamite for Orange Cassidy’s International Championship match.
Taylor has been out of action since the announcement with his last match being back in early October on AEW Rampage.
In that match, the Best Friends and The Hardys teamed up to defeat Angelo Parker, Daniel Garcia, Jake Hager and Matt Menard.
Dave Meltzer has now provided details of the nature of Taylor’s injury in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, writing:
Chuck Taylor’s injury that is keeping him out of action is believed to have been a foot injury.
Meltzer didn’t provide a timeline for Taylor’s return or any indication of the severity of the injury.
WrestleTalk wishes Taylor well in his recovery.
