A UFC Hall of Famer was ‘tagged in’ during last night’s WWE live event in Las Vegas, Nevada, chasing away WWE stars.
Since the Endeavor takeover of WWE and merger with the UFC to form the TKO Group, many have speculated about whether or not more crossover between the two companies will happen in the future.
While various WWE names have said they are open to a crossover, no crossover has officially taken place, though a UFC Hall of Famer did get involved in last night’s WWE live event.
In a video shared to WWE’s Instagram, UFC legend Forrest Griffin was seated ringside for the WWE live event in Las Vegas, where AJ Styles and the OC took on Grayson Waller and Pretty Deadly.
Styles ‘tagged in’ the UFC legend, who hopped the barricade to chase off Waller and Pretty Deadly, before high fiving Styles and the OC at ringside.
You can see the video below.
Styles will face both Randy Orton and LA Knight in a Triple Threat match at SmackDown New Year’s Revolution on January 5 to determine the challenger for Roman Reigns at the Royal Rumble.
