WWE star Bronson Reed has argued that he deserves to be in a top title match at WrestleMania 40 after scoring a huge victory.
Ahead of Sami Zayn challenging for Gunther’s Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania, the underdog faced off against Bronson Reed on Monday’s (March 25) edition of Raw.
Zayn interestingly came up short, losing to Bronson Reed after getting distracted by Gunther watching the match from the ramp.
In a WWE Digital Exclusive video, Bronson Reed argued that he’s more deserving of a title match than Sami Zayn.
After pinning the current Intercontinental Title #1 contender, Reed said:
“I’m done with being the vehicle.
“Tonight I was in the driver’s seat and I showed not only the world, I showed Sami Zayn that I should be deserving of being the one getting that championship opportunity at WrestleMania.
“Big Bronson Reed is taking over in 2024.”
