Ahead of the March 27 edition of AEW Dynamite, fans now know Mercedes Mone’s plans for tomorrow night’s show.
At AEW Big Business, Mercedes Mone made her long awaited debut with the promotion. After an opening promo, Mone made the save for Willow Nightingale against Julia Hart and Skye Blue.
The following week, the former WWE star was confronted by Hart and Blue until Willow and Kris Statlander made the save. However, Nightingale didn’t earn any trust from Mone in the process.
Now, it seems like Mercedes will have a very close look at the in-ring action and the ladies she has been encountering as of late on this week’s episode.
On March 26, Tony Khan announced that Willow Nightingale will face Kris Statlander, Skye Blue and Anna Jay in a four-way match to determine the number one contender for Julia Hart’s TBS Championship at AEW Dynasty on April 21.
To call the action alongside Excalibur, Taz and Tony Schiavone, Mercedes Mone will be joining the commentary team for this bout.
Also announced for this Wednesday’s Dynamite, Swerve Strickland will face Konosuke Takeshita to determine the number one contender for Samoa Joe’s AEW World Title and Will Ospreay will go one-on-one with Katsuyori Shibata.
