Most people will remember Titus O’Neil as the guy that stumbled on his way to the ring at the Greatest Royal Rumble, but that was not the only accident that occurred when he was in a Royal Rumble match.

In Royal Rumble 2015, at number 26, O’Neil hyped himself up for the match before entering the ring. As soon as he did, he was awkwardly sent over the top rope by Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose. The time he spent in the ring was roughly four seconds, but he was scheduled to leave sooner.

According to various sources, O’Neil was supposed to be in the ring in roughly one second. This would tie him with Santino Marella for the fastest elimination. Oops.
