For our first option, Yankee Stadium seems like the logical choice if Vince McMahon wants to keep the event close to home on the East Coast. Citi Field, home of the New York Mets, is also a possibility but the Yankee Stadium name certainly carries weight when plastered across the promotional material. It would be a big statement as the pay-per-view’s first stadium outing since the glory days of 1992 – brings a tear to my ever-so-British eye.
