WWE is heading to Chicago, Illinois this Saturday for their Elimination Chamber 2026 premium live event.
The show will feature four announced matches and possibly some last minute additions that cause changes to the show.
From new bouts for the PLE to new adjustments to the lineup, these changes could be revealed on the February 23 Monday Night Raw or even the day before on the February 27 Friday Night SmackDown.
Here are six potential changes to WWE Elimination Chamber 2026.
6. Dominik Mysterio vs. Penta for the Intercontinental Championship added to the lineup

On the February 16 edition of WWE Raw, Penta defeated El Grande Americano to become the number one contender for the Intercontinental Championship.
This will not be the first time that Penta has challenged for the title since arriving in WWE back in January 2025.
From WrestleMania 41 to more recently on the November 1 WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, Penta has been unable to capture the IC Title despite facing Dominik Mysterio several times.
In Chicago, Penta might have his final shot and best opportunity to dethrone “Dirty Dom” for the gold at WWE Elimination Chamber 2026.
