6 Debuts At WWE SmackDown After WrestleMania 42 WWE

The April 24 edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown will serve as the first episode after WrestleMania 42.

On the April 20 WWE Raw After WrestleMania 42, Sol Ruca, Ethan Page and Joe Hendry all debuted or were confirmed as the newest members of the red brand’s roster.

Considering the abundance of talent in NXT, there could be even more debuting talent to potentially appear and mark their arrival on the main roster on SmackDown this week.

Here are six potential debuts for the WWE SmackDown after WrestleMania 42.

6. Lola Vice

WWE NXT Women's Champion Lola Vice

Lola Vice made history as the first Cuban-American woman to sign with WWE and capture the NXT Women’s Championship

At WWE NXT Stand & Deliver 2026, Lola Vice defeated Jacy Jayne and Kendal Grey to win the NXT Women’s Championship.

Vice has been a stalwart of the NXT women’s division over the past four years and has proven herself to be a consistent all-around performer.

Having the experience and accolades capable of deserving a main roster debut, it might be Lola’s time to shine.

Despite holding the top prize on the brand, Vice could follow in the footsteps of Stephanie Vaquer and Roxanne Perez before her by making her way to the main roster as the NXT Women’s Champion on the WWE SmackDown after WrestleMania 42.

5. Kelani Jordan

Before joining WWE, Kelani Jordan was a standout Division I gymnast at Michigan State University

Coming in WWE with an accomplished gymnastics background, Kelani Jordan has had to quiet plenty of naysayers during her rise on the NXT brand.

After signing in 2022, Jordan would win WWE championship gold as the inaugural NXT Women’s North American Champion in June 2024.

With her high level of athleticism and agility, it is clear that Jordan has more than enough to make it on the WWE main roster.

Considering she has that Women’s North American Title run and a reign as TNA Knockouts World Champion under her belt, Kelani feels like a no-brainer debuting star for Friday Night SmackDown on the first episode after WrestleMania 42.

4. Jaida Parker

Speaking of Kelani Jordan, she is currently feuding with Jaida Parker on the WWE NXT brand.

Another major signing in 2022, Parker has shown a ton of potential with her no-nonsense attitude and unmatched intensity.

Ms. Parker has been turning heads and displaying her undeniable charisma since she signed the company.

With nearly four years on NXT, it might be the right time to give Jaida her shot on the WWE main roster stage, starting with a debut on the SmackDown after WrestleMania.

3. Blake Monroe

Signing with WWE in June 2025, Blake Monroe came into the company with high expectations.

Being a star everywhere she’s been whether it be STARDOM or AEW, Monroe has the experience, skills and potential to be a breakout talent for WWE.

In less than a year, Monroe has clearly established herself as one of the very best that NXT has to offer.

Moving to Friday Night SmackDown, Monroe would be a wonderful addition to the women’s scene where she could mix it up with the likes of Charlotte Flair, Jade Cargill or Tiffany Stratton from day one.

2. Ricky Saints

Another former AEW star who has been making a name for themselves on the WWE NXT brand is Ricky Saints.

Since his debut in February 2025, it has been quite clear that Saints is being positioned for big things and reaching new heights in WWE.

In just over a year, Saints is a former NXT Champion and NXT North American Champion, while remaining at the top of his game in the main event picture on the brand.

Wanting to prove himself at the next level, Saints could make his long awaited main roster debut by arriving on the WWE SmackDown after WrestleMania 42 and making his presence felt in Fort Worth, Texas.

1. Jacy Jayne

Jacy Jayne’s NXT Women’s Championship reigns came via wins against Stephanie Vaquer and Tatum Paxley

2025 became the year of Jacy Jayne where she truly came into her own as a top star on WWE NXT.

With two reigns as the NXT Women’s Champion and being a former TNA Knockouts World Champion, it became clear that Jayne had cemented her place in NXT history.

As the leader of Fatal Influence, Jayne established herself as a ready made main roster act and someone that could stand toe-to-toe with the best WWE has to offer.

Debuting on the WWE SmackDown after WrestleMania 42, Jacy Jayne can immediately become a prominent star on the blue brand and mix it up with the top talent, such as Giulia, Jordynne Grace and Rhea Ripley.
