Cedric Alexander vs. MVP
Of all the matches in this list, this is probably the most ‘pre-show worthy’.
For a number of weeks MVP had been trying to convince Alexander to join the Hurt Business with himself Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin, and ditch his tag partner Ricochet.
While Alexander has never outright refused this offer, he didn’t accept either. On Monday’s Raw, the Hurt Business taught him a lesson in Raw Underground.
The former Cruiserweight Champion’s probably gonna want payback (ha do you get it) for this, in the form of a match against the group’s leader.
Andrade & Angel Garza vs. Viking Raiders (or Angel Garza vs. Ivar)
The ladies’ man Angel Garza hasn’t had the best of luck in his pursuit of Demi Burnett, who seems more captivated by Ivar of the Viking Raiders.
Ivar coming out and taking Burnett away cost Garza his match against Montez Ford on Raw, so it seems pretty obvious they’re gonna have a match at some point.
One of the questions is whether WWE deems it pay-per-view worthy, and the other is whether we get a singles match or a tag match with both of their partners involved.
Either way some amalgamation of this match is coming at some point in the near future, surely.
