TNA
At TNA Lockdown 2026, Leon Slater won the X-Division Championship for a second time and cemented his legacy in the title’s history.
“The Youngest In Charge” then went on to exercise “Option C” by relinquishing the X-Division Title for a shot at the TNA World Championship at Bound For Glory 2026.
Now that a new champion will be crowned at BFG as well, there could any number of stars who step up to become the next titleholder in the X-Division.
Here are six TNA Wrestling stars to potentially become the next X-Division Champion.
6. Cedric Alexander
At the TNA Lockdown 2026 pay-per-view, Leon Slater defeated Cedric Alexander to win the X-Division Championship.
Alexander’s reign started with him stopping Slater from becoming the longest-reigning TNA X-Division Champion.
The System member could position himself to become a two-time champion now that the title has been vacated.
Coming off the heels of his loss at Lockdown, Alexander could look to bring the X-Division Title back to The System at TNA Bound For Glory 2026.
5. Fabian Aichner

In May, Fabian Aichner signed with TNA Wrestling and quickly established himself in the X-Division.
The former Giovanni Vinci has come into TNA with a chip on his shoulder looking to prove something.
After failing to defeat Cedric Alexander for the title earlier this year, Aichner might feel like this is his best shot to claim the gold.
With his combination of size, athleticism and power, Aichner could make for an impressive X-Division Champion moving forward.
4. KC Navarro
Over the past few months, KC Navarro has emerged as a potential breakout star for TNA Wrestling.
At just 27 years old, Navarro feels like someone who can climb his way up the ladder in the company.
Navarro has had some notable title bouts for the TNA World Championship against Nic Nemeth and for the TNA International Title against Mustafa Ali, but he has been unable to become a singles champion in the promotion.
Now changing his focus to a new title picture, KC may have what it takes to become the next X-Division Champion at Bound For Glory.
3. Frankie Kazarian

Frankie Kazarian is one person who is no stranger to the X-Division in any way.
Over two runs with TNA Wrestling, Kazarian is a five-time X-Division Champion and considered one of the building blocks of the division.
After his TNA World Title reign earlier this year, Kazarian might need to win other gold to get back in the main event scene.
Kazarian becoming a six-time X-Division Champion could bring some exciting matches to come.
2. Ricky Sosa
Another young TNA Wrestling star who has been gaining momentum is Ricky Sosa.
Known for his viral theme song and signature dance, Sosa caught the attention of TNA Wrestling and signed earlier this year.
At 21 years old, Sosa is among the youngest names on the TNA roster today.
It would be a wise decision to strap up Sosa as soon as possible with the X-Division Title feeling perfect for the Belgian star.
1. Avery Styles

Another young up-and-comer who has garnered plenty of attention is Avery Styles.
At TNA Lockdown 2026, the company shocked everyone when they signed Avery to a full-time contract with the promotion.
The second-generation star has showcased a great deal of potential that will be looked to capitalized on by TNA.
Wanting to give him a career defining win early in his run, Avery Styles could follow in his father AJ Styles’ footsteps by becoming the next TNA X-Division Champion.
