7 AEW Dream Matches For Charlotte Flair

2. Serena Deeb

Serena Deeb has arguably been the best acquisition for the AEW women’s division over the past year.

“The Woman of 1,000 Holds” defeated Thunder Rosa to win the NWA Women’s World Championship. After that, Serena started producing quality contests against Tay Conti, Riho and others.

Charlotte Flair could learn a lot from someone with the experience as Deeb. Technically sound and tremendous in-ring IQ, Serena can use her skills to overwhelm The Queen.

The two women have signature submissions in the Figure 8 and the Serenity Lock. That may make for some amazing sequences between those two moves on the mat.

Charlotte Flair vs. Serena Deeb has all the makings to be a technical wrestling clinic.

1. Thunder Rosa

Charlotte Flair has been involved in some groundbreaking encounters and moments for women’s wrestling. Whether it be against Sasha Banks or Becky Lynch, The Queen has etched her legacy already.

In the past two years, Thunder Rosa has quickly become one of the top stars in the business today.

The former NWA Women’s World Champion has appeared for multiple promotions and created a breeding ground for the future with Mission Pro Wrestling.

For AEW, Rosa has been an excellent feud with Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. that led to one of the greatest Dynamite matches ever with their Lights Out classic on the March 17th episode.

Thunder Rosa has an intensity and ferocity that might only be comparable to one of Charlotte Flair’s most famous opponents, Asuka.

Therefore, the current SmackDown Women’s Champion may be fully prepared for what La Mera Mera has to offer.

With all the history that these two women have achieved, this is a Match of the Year candidate waiting to happen. This has the potential to be the biggest women’s match in AEW history.
