Having first signed with WWE in 2012, Bayley has achieved almost every accolade available to women’s wrestlers in the company.

Along the way, Bayley has shared the ring with almost every woman on the roster, from veteran names to rising stars.

There are, however, several main roster names who Bayley has never stood across the ring from, who we could see Bayley face off against following her reported return.

Here are five potential WWE opponents for Bayley, who she hasn’t previously faced in one-on-one matches.

Stephanie Vaquer

Stephanie Vaquer experienced a meteoric rise shortly after her main roster debut in 2025, having already held the Women’s World Championship and the Women’s Crown Jewel Title.

With Vaquer racking up accomplishments on Raw, it seems inevitable that she will soon run into the first female Grand Slam champion in WWE history.

While Bayley and Vaquer were both part of the 2025 women’s Royal Rumble match, they have never faced off in one-on-one or tag-team matches.

Bayley vs Stephanie Vaquer definitely feels like a headline women’s match which could take place in the main event of Raw, or in a prominent position at a premium live event.

Lola Vice

While Bayley and Lola Vice have shared the ring as teammates, they have yet to do so as opponents.

Bayley, Vice and La Catalina teamed up earlier this year to defeat Flammer, Lady Maravilla & La Hiedra at AAA Noche de Los Grandes in May.

With vignettes recently teasing Lola Vice’s Raw debut for the September 14, the former NXT Women’s Champion appears to be one week away from making an impact on the main roster.

Having recently welcomed the likes of Sol Ruca to the main roster, we could see Bayley introduce Vice to WWE fans the only way she knows how.

Blake Monroe

Following her gold-filled runs in AEW and NXT, Blake Monroe’s main roster’s main roster stint so far has been considerably slower.

Despite vignettes teasing her call-up as early as April, and her first SmackDown appearance being on the June 27 episode, the former “Mariah May” has yet to wrestle a televised match on the main roster.

With Bayley’s recent focus on giving back to the next generation, and Blake Monroe pitching herself as the female legend killer, it would make sense to see these two stars clash in the future.

Bayley and Blake Monroe have yet to ever share the ring, making the recent debutant an interesting choice of opponent for the Role Model.

Tatum Paxley

Tatum Paxley is currently establishing herself on SmackDown, after aligning herself with Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss in her debut for the blue brand on August 7.

While she is currently allies with one member of wrestling’s Four Horsewomen in Charlotte Flair, there appears to be opportunity for Paxley to lock horns with another Horsewoman.

Bayley and Paxley have teamed together once, alongside Kendal Grey at a non-televised NXT house show against Kelani Jordan, Nikkita Lyons and Zaria on May 15.

If Bayley and Paxley do face off for the first time, their match will have a much larger stage.

Nikki Bella

With Nikki Bella having wrestled for WWE for even longer than Bayley, it feels like a crazy stat that these two stars have never faced off in a one-on-one match.

Nikki Bella and Bayley have only ever shared the ring in Royal Rumble matches, with both women being part of the 2018, 2025 and 2026 bouts.

Interestingly, it was Nikki Bella who eliminated Bayley from this year’s Rumble, with Brie Bella eliminating Bayley’s former tag partner Lyra Valkyria at the same time.

With both women’s decorated runs in WWE, and contributions to women’s wrestling, it would be great to see these two face off in singles action, for the first time ever.
