After seemingly retiring at WrestleMania 42, Brock Lesnar made his return to WWE when he attacked Oba Femi on the May 18 Monday Night Raw.
Setting the stage for a Mania rematch with Femi, Lesnar seems to be back to get his revenge, but there has also been reports that “The Beast Incarnate” will appear again following WWE Clash In Italy 2026.
Considering Clash In Italy 2026 will serve as his first match since leaving his gloves and boots in the ring, it will be interesting what WWE has planned for Brock following this upcoming premium live event.
Here are six potential Brock Lesnar WWE plans after Clash In Italy 2026.
6. Trilogy with Oba Femi

Oba Femi picked up an emphatic victory over Brock Lesnar in the opening match of WrestleMania 42 Sunday
At WWE WrestleMania 42 Night Two, Oba Femi defeated Brock Lesnar in what was the biggest win of his career.
After this loss, Lesnar decided to leave his gloves and boots in the middle of the ring as a signal that he was retiring from in-ring competition.
However, “The Beast” is back and wants revenge with this Mania rematch against Femi at WWE Clash In Italy 2026.
Win, lose or draw, Lesnar may want to complete a trilogy against “The Ruler” coming off the heels of WWE Clash In Italy 2026 that could lead to a third clash in the months to come.
5. Officially joining The Vision

Brock Lesnar teamed with The Vision and Drew McIntyre in the men’s War Games match at Survivor Series 2025
When Brock Lesnar returned to WWE in 2025, he reunited with his former advocate Paul Heyman.
Then at WWE Survivor Series 2025, Lesnar joined forces with Heyman’s new faction of clients, The Vision to defeat CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, The Usos and Roman Reigns in the Men’s WarGames Match.
While Heyman has represented him separately from his group, the WWE Hall of Famer might want to bring Lesnar together with The Vision.
Brock officially joining The Vision would add a significant amount of star power and bolster their ranks following the recent injury to Logan Paul.
4. Taking out Seth Rollins for Paul Heyman

Brock Lesnar attempted to take out Seth Rollins prior to WrestleMania 42 before Oba Femi would lay out the Beast
Speaking of The Vision, Seth Rollins has been hellbent on revenge against his former faction since returning to WWE at the start of 2026.
This led to Rollins vowing to destroy The Vision one way or another as one of his missions following his return.
Rollins has even attacked Paul Heyman on several different occasions to show just how serious he is about this goal.
Brock Lesnar helping Heyman could see him taking out Rollins and wanting to remove him as a threat to his “Wise Man.”
3. Rekindling rivalry with CM Punk

Brock Lesnar vs. CM Punk at WWE SummerSlam 2013 is considered among the best of both men’s career
Back at WWE SummerSlam 2013, Brock Lesnar defeated CM Punk in a No Holds Barred Match.
Since this legendary battle, Lesnar and Punk have not stepped back in the ring to mix it up in the past 13 years.
Now that Punk has made his return to WWE, it feels like the right time for these two bonafide living legends to battle once again.
Punk returning after several weeks away may see him get in the line of fire against Brock Lesnar, leading to a rematch 13 years in the making.
2. Challenging Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship

Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes’ trilogy ended at WWE SummerSlam in 2023
Another top WWE star that Brock Lesnar has had a lengthy history with is Cody Rhodes.
Back at WWE SummerSlam 2023, Rhodes defeated Lesnar with “The Beast” choosing to shake hands with “The American Nightmare” after the match.
Three years onward, Rhodes is currently the Undisputed WWE Champion and could become another target for Lesnar following Clash In Italy 2026.
If he is able to get past GUNTHER at the PLE, Rhodes might have to fight back against one of the toughest challenges he could ever have as Undisputed WWE Championship against Brock down the line.
1. Retirement match with GUNTHER at WWE SummerSlam 2026

Brock Lesnar and GUNTHER met inside the ring during the 2023 Men’s Royal Rumble
For the past several months, there have been rumors and reports in regards to a potential match between Brock Lesnar and GUNTHER.
Over the past year, “The Ring General” has garnered a new moniker of “The Career Killer.”
After retiring John Cena, Goldberg and AJ Styles, GUNTHER may look to add another legend to his vanquished opponents come WWE SummerSlam 2026.
In Lesnar’s hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota, it feels like the perfect setting for Brock to have his retirement match against someone of the stature of GUNTHER at the SummerSlam premium live event.
