At WWE Clash In Italy 2026, Roman Reigns is scheduled to defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Jacob Fatu in a Tribal Combat Match.

However, Fatu reportedly suffered an apparent injury during a Street Fight against Solo Sikoa on a WWE live event from Liverpool, England.

This has led to some discussion whether Fatu will be ready for the main event of the upcoming premium live event with mere hours remaining before the show or if the company will need a replacement for “The Samoan Werewolf.”
