Following AEW All In London 2026, it seems like the future of Kenny Omega is currently unknown.
After losing the AEW World Title, there could be a number of different ways for the company to reintroduce “The Cleaner.”
From rematches with top stars to opening the door for new talent into the promotion, Omega could come back into AEW and immediately shift the entire landscape once again.

AEW World Championship rematch against Will Ospreay
At AEW All In London 2026, Will Ospreay defeated Kenny Omega to win the AEW World Championship.
This marked the fourth meeting between these two stars with Ospreay evening their record to 2-2.
On the September 2 episode of AEW Dynamite, Ospreay let it be clear that he is satisfied to leave their matches there, but if Omega wants to settle the score, all he has to do is let him know.
Omega returning to immediately challenge Ospreay for the AEW World Title could give fans another iconic battle between these two all-time greats.
Finally facing Speedball Mike Bailey one-on-one
Back at AEW Dynasty 2025, Kenny Omega defeated Ricochet and Speedball Mike Bailey to retain the AEW International Championship.
Coming into All Elite Wrestling last year, Bailey had a few goals that he wanted to accomplish.
Ahead of his first title match in the company, Bailey let it be known that he wanted a singles match against Omega after years of chasing him.
Despite that three-way match, AEW has teased a singles bout between the two men that could come to fruition upon Omega’s comeback down the line.
Rekindle rivalry with Kazuchika Okada for the AEW International Championship
At the AEW All In Texas 2025 pay-per-view, Kazuchika Okada defeated Kenny Omega to become the first AEW Unified Champion.
This tied the iconic rivalry between Okada and Omega at 2-2-1 following this fifth meeting.
Since then, Omega and Okada have been mostly separated and have not faced each other again.
To finally see who is the better man, Omega might return and want his AEW International Title back in a showdown with “The Rainmaker” on a major stage.
Getting revenge on Kyle Fletcher
Ahead of AEW All Out 2025, Kyle Fletcher made a statement to become number one contender for the AEW World Championship on the back of Kenny Omega.
With a vicious brainbuster off the apron through a table, Fletcher took Omega out for over a month.

Having called Dragunov his dream opponent, Omega returning to AEW could lead to the arrival of the former WWE United States Champion.
