AEW/WWE/AAA
On Saturday, September 26, WWE and All Elite Wrestling will go head-to-head with two major shows.
AEW will hold their eighth annual All Out pay-per-view from Chicago, Illinois, while WWE will present their Worlds Collide premium live event with Lucha Libre AAA also from Chicago.
With the co-promotional battle in the same city, there should be some compelling matches added to the card for the All Out show later this month.
Here are six potential matches added to AEW All Out against WWE Worlds Collide.
AEW World Trios Championship: Swerve Strickland & The New Level (Kofi & Austin Creed) (c) vs. “Hangman” Adam Page & Brodido (Bandido & Brody King)
At AEW All In London 2026, The New Level made their debut with the company to team with Swerve Strickland to win the Trios Roulette Royale to become the new AEW World Trios Champions.
Going into All In, “Hangman” Adam Page and Brodido were the reigning AEW World Trios Champions.
There is no secret that Strickland wanted the Trios Titles thanks to Page, Bandido and Brody King all being former rivals of his.
This should all lead to Swerve, Kofi and Austin Creed defending the Trios Titles against “Hangman” and Brodido at AEW All Out 2026.
AEW National Championship: Andrade El Idolo (c) vs. Tommaso Ciampa
At AEW Redemption 2026, Andrade El Idolo defeated Mark Davis to win the AEW National Championship.
Meanwhile, Tommaso Ciampa came into All Elite Wrestling and immediately defeated Mark Briscoe to become the new TNT Champion.
While this run was short-lived, Ciampa has vowed to become a champion again.
With El Idolo claiming that he plans to defend his title every week, this should lead to a showdown over the National Title between Andrade and Ciampa in Chicago at All Out 2026.
Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. & Persephone vs. Maya World & Thunder Rosa
One of the bigger moments at AEW All In London 2026 was the return of Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D.
Upon her return, Baker helped Persephone defeat Maya World to win the TBS Championship.
After aligning with one another, Baker and Persephone let it be known that they had a mutual enemy in Thunder Rosa.
Following their six-woman tag at AEW Rebel Heart Dynamite, Rosa and World could challenge Persephone and Britt to a tag team match at the upcoming All Out 2026 event.
Jericho vs. Nick Wayne
Following AEW All In London 2026, Nick Wayne confronted Jericho after both men took part in the Men’s Casino Gauntlet.
Not allowing Jericho to put him down, Wayne got the better of a brawl with a low blow.
After his win over Komander on the September 5 AEW Collision, Wayne was then attacked by Jericho.
While they will meet on the September 16 Dynamite, Wayne and Jericho’s feud could culminate at All Out.
Darby Allin & Steven Borden vs. Kyle Fletcher & Kevin Knight
Over the past few months, Steven Borden has been starting to appear on AEW TV.
Alongside Darby Allin, Borden scored a win in his in-ring debut over Don Callis Family’s Josh Alexander and Mark Davis on the September 9 AEW Rebel Heart Dynamite.
Later in the show, Darby and Borden made the save for The Young Bucks against Kyle Fletcher, Kevin Knight and FTR.
This may have set the stage for Darby and Borden to square off with Fletcher and Knight in Chicago.
AEW Women’s World Championship: Mercedes Monè (c) vs. Willow Nightingale vs. Thekla
At AEW All In London 2026, Mercedes Monè defeated Willow Nightingale to win the AEW Women’s World Championship.
Following this win, Thekla made her return and immediately set her sights back on the gold.
With Nightingale dethroning her at Redemption, “The Toxic Spider” has shown the desire to reclaim the gold. Then on the AEW Rebel Heart Dynamite episode, Nightingale made her return to reinsert herself into the fold.
Considering all three top stars, Mercedes defending the title against Willow and Thekla would be a fascinating headline bout on the AEW All Out 2026 card.
