In 2026, WWE has really taken it’s foot off the gas when it comes to the booking of it’s women’s division.

With only 9 currently active women’s wrestlers on the brand, there are barely even enough women to call it a division at this point.

The women’s roster has carried WWE’s product for the better part of two years now, and Raw is in desperate need of new faces to join the roster to break free the repetitive nature of it’s current matchmaking.

Here are some potential new additions to the Raw women’s roster.

Jordynne Grace

Jordynne Grace was called up from WWE NXT to SmackDown in January 2026

Jordynne Grace made two Royal Rumble appearances before even being officially signed to WWE, as well as being the first TNA star to cross the line to NXT before the partnership was ever made official.

It stood to reason that WWE had incredible interest in Grace, and that she would be booked incredibly strongly once she was under contract to WWE.

However, she has not been seen on SmackDown in over four months, with creative pitches for her on the brand clearly at a stand still.

A move to Raw won’t instantly make her booking any better, but it’d certainly give her more of a chance.

Giulia

Giulia is another highly sought after free agent that WWE has lost interest in this year.

After chasing her for years even prior to her signing with NXT, Giulia has never been colder on SmackDown right now, with her losing matches in two minutes and being used to elevate debuting stars rather than thriving on her own.

The division on Raw is a lot less crowded than the one on SmackDown, meaning there may be another chance for her to thrive on the red brand.

Exciting encounters with the likes of IYO SKY, Stephanie Vaquer and Becky Lynch would await.

Lola Vice

Lola Vice lost her first Underground match of her career to Kendal Grey in what will likely be her final NXT appearance

Lola Vice is seemingly finished with her time in NXT after she lost an Underground match for the first time in her career to Kendal Grey.

Reports have indicated that Lola is set to arrive on the SmackDown roster, with that also being the brand that her real-life boyfriend Damian Priest is currently on.

However, with Tatum Paxley joining an already crowded women’s division on Fridays, it would be within WWE’s best interest to debut Lola on Raw so she doesn’t immediately fall into the background like Blake Monroe has.

If that means moving Priest to Raw, so be it.

Kelani Jordan

After spending years in NXT, Kelani Jordan is set for her first shot at the NXT Women’s Championship at Heatwave against Kendal Grey.

Kelani was the inaugural Women’s North American Champion after winning the title in a Ladder match back at Battleground in 2024, with her remaining one of the key faces of the brand since.

If Kelani comes up short at Heatwave, then she has nobody else left to feud with in NXT, and should probably move up to Raw.

Carmelo Hayes is also currently directionless on SmackDown, so moving he and Lani over as a pair would be good for both.

Candice LeRae

Candice LeRae has spent most of her time outside the ring as Johnny Gargano’s manager in 2026 so far

Speaking of current real-life couples that could both use a fresh start in WWE, this month now marks month number six of Johnny Gargano’s crate laying duties on the blue brand.

WWE continues to feature Gargano and Candice LeRae in segments with Sami Zayn and CM Punk on SmackDown, with everyone telling them to get back to what they used to be, which is falling of deaf ears, clearly.

In their current state, there is far more of an opportunity for Johnny and Candice both to find that fresh start away from SmackDown and on Raw.

WWE clearly has no end goal for the ongoing character with the Garganos, and nobody would really mind if they moved to Raw and we forgot it ever happened.

Bianca Belair

Bianca Belair announced the birth of her son Romeo on August 4, 2026

At WrestleMania 42, Bianca Belair would make her first WWE appearance since Evolution last year, where she announced that she was pregnant with her and Montez Ford’s first child.

On August 4, Bianca would announce the birth of her son Romeo Leonardo Allen Crawford on social media.

While it is obviously still a long way off, the women’s division is crying out for a name like Bianca Belair right now, and her eventual return will be a much needed major shot for the division.

Bianca’s last match was chasing the Women’s World Championship, and the Street Profits are currently on Raw, so it stands to reason that Raw is where she will land when the time comes.
