Over the past couple of months, various new stars have emerged on Friday Night SmackDown, whether it be from WWE NXT or new additions to the roster.

Whether it be Fatal Influence, Royce Keys or Ricky Saints, these talents have added a great deal to the blue brand and bolster their ranks.

In the coming weeks, there could be even more new names arriving that will play an important role on SmackDown moving forward.

Here are six new potential WWE SmackDown signings coming soon.

6. Jaida Parker

Since signing with WWE in 2022, Jaida Parker has been someone who held a lot of potential and could become a star for the promotion.

Becoming one of the mainstays of the NXT women’s division, Parker has been a standout and has displayed a great deal of charisma.

With her attitude and aggression in the ring, Ms. Parker has long felt like someone who can translate well to the WWE main roster.

After four years on the NXT brand, it might be time for Parker to get her opportunity on the main roster and could become a stalwart of the SmackDown women’s scene before long.

5. Kelani Jordan

One of the most athletically gifted stars on the current WWE NXT roster has to be Kelani Jordan.

Signing through the NIL program, Jordan instantly became known as “The Standout” and has already accomplished a lot in a short amount of time.

The inaugural NXT Women’s North American Champion is only 27 years old and feels like someone who will be a huge part of the WWE women’s division for years to come.

Considering her fiancé Carmelo Hayes is currently part of the roster, it would make sense to see Jordan joining her future husband on Friday Night SmackDown moving forward.

4. Saquon Shugars

On the May 19 edition of WWE NXT, Vanity Project’s Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes defeated Dion Lennox and Saquon Shugars of Darkstate to retain the NXT Tag Team Championships.

After this loss, Darkstate made the choice to turn on Saquon Shugars with a brutal three-on-one beatdown.

While this could lead to Shugars going out on his own on NXT, WWE could open the door for the DPW alum to get his callup to the main roster.

Joining Friday Night SmackDown, Shugars has the charisma, the talking ability and in-ring skills to stand out from the pack on the blue brand, making an immediate impact as the newest member of the roster.

3. Tatum Paxley

Over the course of the past four years, NXT fans have watched quite the evolution of Tatum Paxley.

Starting out as a shy understudy to Ivy Nile and now reigning as the NXT Women’s North American Champion, Paxley has become one of the most popular female stars on the entire brand.

After winning the NXT Women’s Championship and holding the Women’s North American Title right now, it is easy to see that Paxley is more than ready for the opportunity to head to the main roster.

With everything she has been able to accomplish during her time on NXT, Paxley would make for an excellent addition to the SmackDown women’s division in a major way.

2. Tony D’Angelo

For the past five years, Tony D’Angelo has established himself as one of the faces of the NXT brand.

At WWE Stand & Deliver 2026, D’Angelo picked up the biggest win of his career by defeating Joe Hendry, Ethan Page and Ricky Saints to win the NXT Championship.

Now sitting atop of the brand, Tony D feels more than prepared for what a potential main roster callup has to offer.

The first ever NXT Grand Slam Champion would make a ton of sense as a new big time signing for the SmackDown brand whenever the time is right.

1. Lola Vice

At the WWE Stand & Deliver 2026 premium live event, Lola Vice defeated Jacy Jayne and Kendal Grey to win the NXT Women’s Championship.

Over her four years in NXT, Vice has long been someone that many fans have pegged for success.

Now that she has reached the mountaintop of NXT, it feels like the only thing that is next is getting called up to the WWE main roster.

Vice joining the SmackDown women’s division would be huge and see her play a pivotal role in rebuilding the scene in a massive way moving forward.
