WWE could be on the verge of signing several intriguing names as the next generation of WWE talent could certainly come from the families of today’s top names.

With a strong presence of multi-generational talent already in WWE, there are several big names that could be the next to find themselves following in their famous father’s footsteps.

Here are two second-generation stars that could be set to sign with WWE in the near future and one that already has a deal inked.

Gage Goldberg

Recently speaking on the Colorado Football Coaches Show, son of WWE Hall of Fame Bill Goldberg opened up about a potential career move after wrapping up on the gridiron.

Affirming that he was considering going into professional wrestling after he’s done with football, Goldberg spoke about his Dad’s initial feeling of not wanting Gage to go into pro wrestling “whatsoever”.

“Once I started getting involved a little bit, then it started to change.

“It’s up to me. So, I mean, I would love to do it. Honestly, I would love to have that opportunity to do it, and I feel like it would be a great thing to do after football.”

Gage Goldberg is in his third year as a Colorado linebacker competing under the tutelage of another famous name in sports, Deion Sanders.

Owen Steen

Quite literally born into the professional wrestling business, Owen Steen has actually already wrestled his first match, picking up a victory over an AEW name – albeit, he is unlikely to remember the event.

In 2008 PWG, Excalibur insulted baby Owen by calling him “ugly” resulting in a trio of package piledrivers from KO who would go to the back, retrieve the infant and place the five-month old Owen over Excalibur with El Generico counting the pinball victory for the baby.

With KO revealing a few years back hat the now 18-year old Owen had been in a wrestling ring again exploring his interest in training, there could certainly be an intriguing second generation addition to WWE soon.

Standing at 6 foot 8 inches tall, Steen could certainly tower over the competition not only in stature but also star power that comes along with growing up with a front-row seat to the spotlight.

Brock Rechsteiner

While Bron Breaker has already broken out in WWE, there is another Steiner who could be making a WWE debut sooner rather than later.

Brock Rechsteiner, the son of WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner and Breakker’s real life cousin could be WWE bound after having spent a spell in the NFL.

After openly commenting on wanting to follow in his family’s famous footsteps, Brock signed a WWE NIL (Next In Line) deal in 2025.

Being picked up for training camp by the New Orleans Saints in August 2026, he caught attention online during an August training camp practice where he hit a German suplex on Dallas Cowboys safety Jalen Thompson during brawl on the field.

After being waived by The Saints later in the month, it could be that his appearance in the Performance Center might be sooner rather than later.
