Paul Heyman next WWE client: Who will the Hall of Famer side with if he leaves The Vision?

Paul Heyman’s alliance with The Vision has been a curious one in recent months, with the WWE Hall of Famer doing his best to make the group jump through hoops to impress him.

With Heyman taking a mysterious phone call during Sunday Night’s Main Event, fans have been speculating about whether ‘The Oracle’ could be set to join up with another WWE star and leave The Vision behind for good.

Here are three potential options to be Paul Heyman’s next WWE client:

Oba Femi

The prevailing choice for many fans would certainly be Oba Femi, given all that he and Paul Heyman have went through in 2026.

After ‘The Ruler’ retired ‘The Beast’ Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam, Heyman, like Brock, seemed to have a new found respect for Femi. This is something that clearly irked Bron Breakker, and helped further motivate their ongoing feud.

It’s unclear exactly where Heyman stands on the conflict between Femi and The Vision – while he was full of praise for Bronson Reed and the impact he made in attacking the Nigerian, you can’t help but suspect he’ll be disappointed in Breakker for not doing what he said he would and beat Femi one-on-one.

The next time Breakker and Femi meet we could see Heyman officially swap sides and begin what would be a hugely exciting partnership with WWE’s ‘Next Big Thing.’

Cody Rhodes

The other name most bandied around by fans when it comes to the next ‘Paul Heyman Guy’ is Cody Rhodes.

‘The American Nightmare’ himself raised eyebrows when he borrowed Heyman’s famous “that’s not a prediction, it’s a spoiler” line during a segment with Randy Orton on the August 7 WWE SmackDown; something that could have been Rhodes deliberately leaning into the speculation, or planting a not so subtle seed for a future allegiance.

With the WWE audience growing increasingly tired with Cody Rhodes’ hesitancy to show more of an edge, who better to pull the ruthless side out of him than Paul Heyman?

Much like Heyman did for Roman Reigns back in 2020, he could help completely reinvent and refresh Rhodes’ character as a top heel.

Drew McIntyre

Despite having their fair share of bad blood dating back to The Bloodline, Drew McIntyre and Paul Heyman buried the hatchet in the build up to last year’s Survivor Series: WarGames, when Heyman recruited ‘The Scottish Warrior’ to team alongside The Vision and Brock Lesnar.

While that was a one night only deal, it did give everyone a look at what could be a future long-term partnership.

McIntyre has been off TV since WrestleMania 42 due to filming several different Hollywood roles, but one would expect a return shouldn’t be too far away now.

If WWE want McIntyre to make as big a splash as possible upon his return, pairing him with Heyman would certainly be the way to do that.
