Night of Champions 2026 is mere weeks away and WWE will no doubt be adding some intriguing title bouts to the card.
With the finals of the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments taking place at the event, there could be some high profile title matches that will join those bouts on June 27.
From multi-man matches to highly anticipated singles encounters, the lineup for Night of Champions 2026 could prove to be one of the most stacked cards of the year so far.
Here are six title matches to be potentially added to WWE Night of Champions 2026.
WWE United States Championship: Trick Williams (c) vs. Ricky Saints vs. Carmelo Hayes
Over the past few weeks, Carmelo Hayes and Ricky Saints have made it abundantly clear that they have their sights set on the WWE United States Championship.
Hayes and Saints have been trading victories with both men jockeying for position in regards to title contention.
Meanwhile, Trick Williams is the reigning and defending United States Champion who looks ready to see who will prove themselves as the top contender.
WWE Night of Champions 2026 could see Trick defending his title against Ricky and Melo in a triple threat match that might just steal the show in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
WWE Intercontinental Championship: Penta (c) vs. Ethan Page vs. Rusev vs. Chad Gable
Another multi-man match that could be set up for the WWE Night of Champions 2026 show is for the Intercontinental Championship.
Penta has proven to be a fighting champion never backing down from any challenger who steps up to the plate.
Over the past few weeks, Rusev and Ethan Page have aligned to get their shot at the gold, which included an attack on Penta and Rey Mysterio following their title match on the June 8 WWE Raw with Chad Gable making the save.
This could set the stage for Penta to defend the IC Title against Page, Rusev and Gable in a four-way bout at WWE Night of Champions 2026.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships: Paige & Brie Bella (c) vs. Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley & Lainey Reid)
At WWE WrestleMania 42 Night One, Paige and Brie Bella defeated The Irresistible Forces, Bayley and Lyra Valkyria and Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.
Since winning the titles, Paige and Brie have not backed down from any challengers who have come their way.
On the April 24 WWE SmackDown After WrestleMania 42, Fatal Influence made their main roster debut and made it immediately clear that they wanted the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles.
After an attack on the champions backstage on the June 5 SmackDown, Fatal Influence should be in line for a shot at Paige and Brie’s titles at WWE Night of Champions 2026 on June 28.
WWE Tag Team Championships: R-Truth & Damian Priest (c) vs. The MFTs (Tama & Talla Tonga)
Over the past several months, The MFTs have been targeting R-Truth and Damian Priest, looking to recapture the WWE Tag Team Championships.
Wanting to bring gold back to his faction, Solo Sikoa sent Tama and Talla Tonga after the gold.
The MFTs challenging the duo known as Wepa Up would be an interesting addition to the card from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Finally getting their opportunity after all these weeks, The MFTs could prove to be an insurmountable challenge for Truth and Priest to overcome with the WWE Tag Team Titles up for grabs at the next PLE.
WWE World Tag Team Championships: The Vision (Bron Breakker & Austin Theory) (c) vs. Seth Rollins & Montez Ford
At the May 23 WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, The Vision’s Logan Paul and Austin Theory defeated Street Profits to retain the World Tag Team Championships.
During the course of the bout, Paul suffered a torn triceps injury that has forced him to be sidelined. This led to Theory looking for revenge and taking out Angelo Dawkins as a result on the May 25 WWE Raw.
After facing off with one another, Seth Rollins and Montez Ford have formed a bond to fight The Vision in Dawkins’ honor over the past several weeks.
Following The Vision’s involvement in his loss in the King of the Ring First Round, Rollins could team with Ford to attempt to win the World Tag Team Titles against The Vision at the WWE Night of Champions 2026 premium live event.
Undisputed WWE Championship: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. GUNTHER vs. Sami Zayn
At WWE Clash In Italy 2026, Cody Rhodes defeated GUNTHER to retain the Undisputed WWE Championship, but the pinfall came with GUNTHER’s foot underneath the ropes.
This led to an outraged “Ring General” demanding a rematch that will happen on the June 19 Friday Night SmackDown, but Sami Zayn also inserted himself into the mix, looking to get himself a shot at the Undisputed WWE Championship himself.
Depending on the result of that title bout, it may lead to another match between Rhodes and GUNTHER with Zayn involved.
Cody, GUNTHER and Sami would make for a compelling three-way match for the gold in the main event of the upcoming PLE from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
