8. Mustafa Ali
Despite his short tenure on the main roster, Mustafa Ali has had a successful time on SmackDown Live. He had amazing matches with WWE Champion Daniel Bryan and Andrade `Cien’ Almas. He also wowed the world with his high flying offence.
Ali would have had his first world title match at Elimination Chamber, but an ill-timed concussion temporarily stunned his momentum. Nevertheless, he was able to compete at Fastlane for the WWE Championship, which also featured a returning Kevin Owens.
Ali is certainly heading in the right direction by going after the WWE Title. Here’s hoping that he continues to build this kind of momentum during his main roster tenure.
