WWE
WWE SummerSlam 2026 will be a significant event for the company this year being only the second time this show will be over two nights.
Also, the company could introduce some new stars from the NXT brand to add into the main roster mix.
Ahead of WWE SummerSlam 2026, there could be former champions and rising stars who emerge on Raw and SmackDown in the weeks moving forward.
Here are seven potential WWE NXT call-ups before SummerSlam 2026.
7. Nikkita Lyons
Someone who has found themselves in the headlines as a potential main roster call-up is Nikkita Lyons.
In recent months, Lyons has been featured on WWE NXT, Evolve and LFG as a consistent presence in the developmental brands.
With her big personality and striking looks, Lyons brings something in the mix that not many other NXT stars have at their disposal.
After recently forming an alliance with Nattie and Karmen Petrovic on the June 16 episode of WWE NXT, this new trio could open the door for Nikkita Lyons to make her main roster debut ahead of SummerSlam 2026.
6. Jaida Parker
Another WWE star who is no stranger to Nattie as of late is Jaida Parker.
In their rivalry on WWE NXT, Parker has been questioned by Nattie about being soft mentally despite her no-nonsense attitude.
Ms. Parker has shown against Nattie and others throughout her years in NXT that she may be ready to step up to the next level.
Parker being the next NXT call-up would be interesting to see where she can fit in moving forward.
5. Zaria
On the June 9 edition of WWE NXT, Zaria defeated Tatum Paxley to win the NXT Women’s North American Championship.
Since signing with WWE in 2024, Zaria has been pegged as a future star for the women’s division.
Now that Zaria has finally won her first singles title, it could be a sign that WWE is gearing her up for the next stage in her progression.
Zaria following in the footsteps of her former best friend Sol Ruca to the main roster could set the groundwork for these two women to continue their rivalry from NXT and cause a wave of momentum from the younger talent in the division.
4. Myles Borne
Over the past several months, Myles Borne has showcased what makes him a future main event level talent.
Now holding the NXT North American Championship, Borne seems poised to prepare for the jump to the main roster.
The former No Quarter Catch Crew member has delivered inside the squared circle and as a character, giving him the tools to succeed on Raw or SmackDown.
Ahead of WWE SummerSlam 2026, Borne can find himself in the mix, making him a likely contender for Intercontinental or United States Championship.
3. Tony D’Angelo
At the WWE NXT Stand & Deliver premium live event, Tony D’Angelo defeated Joe Hendry, Ricky Saints and Ethan Page to win the NXT Championship.
Since then, D’Angelo has been targeted by a number of stars old or new to the NXT brand.
However, Tony D has been in NXT for over five years now and seems ready for the main roster stage of his career.
D’Angelo getting called up following a potential loss for the NXT Championship could see him finally hit that next level and see how he meshes with the main roster talent.
2. Lola Vice
Another current WWE NXT champion who feels to be prepping for the main roster is Lola Vice.
Over the past year, Vice has gained valuable experience by not only working in NXT but also Lucha Libre AAA.
Now a double champion as the NXT Women’s and AAA Mixed Tag Team Champion, Lola has displayed what makes her such a versatile performer.
With her MMA background, striking skills and standout personality, Vice could feel right at home on the WWE main roster ahead of SummerSlam 2026.
1. Tatum Paxley
Following her loss to Zaria for the NXT Women’s North American Championship, Tatum Paxley seemingly had an emotional goodbye with the fans after the show went off the air.
However, Paxley was back on WWE NXT when she interfered in Zaria and Kelani Jordan vs. Lola Vice and Kendal Grey.
Despite this feud continuing, it feels like Paxley could be about to make her WWE main roster debut.
After WWE NXT Great American Bash 2026, fans could see Tatum make her way to Raw or SmackDown on the road to SummerSlam 2026.
