On the August 18 edition of Monday Night Raw, Naomi announced her pregnancy and relinquished the WWE Women’s World Championship.

The company stated that they would make a decision on how they will crown a new champion on the August 25 episode.

With a few days away from Monday Night Raw, there is any number of plans on how the company will crown a new champion for the women’s division.

Here are six potential WWE plans to crown a new Women’s World Champion.

6. Winner Of Rhea Ripley vs. Roxanne Perez Faces Stephanie Vaquer & IYO SKY At WWE Clash In Paris 2025

Ahead of Naomi being announced as unable to compete, she was scheduled to face IYO SKY for the WWE Women’s World Championship on the August 11 edition of Monday Night Raw.

In her place, Roxanne Perez filled in and defeated IYO in a singles match. The following week, SKY picked up a win over Raquel Rodriguez, but post match, Raquel and Roxanne jumped IYO until Rhea Ripley made the save.

This sets up a singles showdown with Ripley and Perez on the August 25 episode of WWE Raw that could grow in importance with an added stipulation.
