2. The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods & Grayson Waller)
In June, The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and JD McDonagh defeated The New Day to win the World Tag Team Championships.
Since then, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods have been joined by their new friend “Big G” Grayson Waller in grieving the loss of their titles.
Throughout this year, the SmackDown tag team division has received an increased focus and spotlight that has made it one of the highlights of the entire brand.
The New Day joining the likes of Street Profits, DIY and Motor City Machine Guns could further bolster the tag team scene in a major way.
